What can your dentist tell just by looking in your mouth? 🧐✨ More than you think! Here are three surprising things they can spot right away:

1️⃣ You smoke: Tobacco stains and damage to your gums can give this habit away quickly. Smoking also increases your risk of gum disease and slows healing in your mouth, so it’s not just about yellow teeth!
2️⃣ You’re stressed: Grinding your teeth (bruxism) often happens subconsciously when you’re stressed, especially at night. Your dentist might see signs of worn enamel, cracked teeth, or even jaw tension that point to stress taking its toll.
3️⃣ You brushed right before your appointment: While we appreciate the effort, we can tell if you’ve only just brushed to try to make a good impression! Plaque buildup and inflamed gums don’t disappear with a quick brush - consistent care is key!

Still not over our open day last week, celebrating our newly refurbished practice 🥳🍾🎉

When we began this project, we set out to redefine the dental experience, moving away from the old notion that visiting the dentist is something to dread. Our goal was to create an environment where you can feel excited about your oral health. This new space reflects that vision - designed to make you feel at ease and well cared for, with the feel-good factor at the heart of everything we do.
