Treatment was fine, roughly on-time and ok generally. No tissues provided and usual bib was just a piece of paper which kept falling off my chest. . Reception staff were seen to flag up with two clients, payments which they couldn’t account for. Whilst the amounts were not massive, they were explained without evidence as possibly underpayments for works up to four years ago. If that was the case why weren’t they noticed at the previous visit. My additional payment was not explained to my satisfaction. I paid it but it was evidence of some sloppy administration in the past. Hoping my next visit is more confidence boosting and that environment fully complete.”

It's also useful to know that you can cancel up to 24hrs in advance by emailing the practice or leaving a message - you don't need to wait until they open on a Monday morning.Jade has promised that there will be training on the use of safety goggles.Thanks so much - all this effort, and such a positive response, is very much appreciated.Initial review:Sadly, I'm not impressed by this dentist. Initially I had really excellent support from Jade on the front desk, and I was feeling good about signing up as a patient, despite being forced to go private because of the lack of NHS options.The dentist who treated me identified two cavities which hadn't been giving me any trouble. Treatment for the first one has left me with new pain and continual discomfort. One other red flag was that they didn't have any protective goggles when I was receiving treatment and they asked me to wear my own sunglasses.I had to miss the appointment for the second filling due to a vomiting bug, but was still charged the full price. I can understand if this is the policy, but I can find no evidence of it in any of the paperwork they emailed me, or on the online portal. It’s not the cheapest dental center but I’ve always believed that you do get what you pay for.I had to have an extraction on a molar tooth after biting on a popcorn kernel and a massive chunk of the tooth broke away. I’m the extraction process the surgeon had damaged the r tooth next to it with the drilling/cutting machine which left the tooth open and very painful.When I went back to the dentist to let them know they were very reluctant to take any responsibility and said that I was in pain because the tooth was seriously decayed. My argument was that whether the tooth was decayed or not I had suffered zero pain before the surgery (even with the chunk taken out of my originally extracted tooth) and I could feel with my tongue that a chunk of tooth had been ground away.After a lengthy heated debate with one of the directors another lady director came in to see what was going on and heard me out. The lady kindly assessed the situation and they decide to give me a filling (free of charge) which has helped tremendously. I’m very thankful to that lady as she was very understanding but more importantly was prepared to do the right thing and rectify it.These guys really know what they are doing and I wanted to give them 5 stars but the level of stress I had to go through to get the end result made it just a little bit sour. So my only ask for Kingsend is that the after care needs to be as good as the primary care. Take a leaf out of the young lady’s book and do the right thing. That is marketing in itself.I would recommend Kingsend Dental and I will be going back.”

“I'm giving this review 5 stars as I don't want to give a bad impression on the practice. I have...” always received brilliant treatment from Dr Asadur. He is a fabulous dentist and is always so friendly and patient as I get very anxious. However I have always found the receptionists not particularly friendly and seem like they don't want to be there. But on my last visit whilst waiting to be seen by the dentist I heard them talking nastily about other members of staff but in particular another one of the receptionists when she left the reception station which I found very unprofessional and very unkind. Another thing I witnessed was a dental nurse leaving the room with some of the dentists tools and she was cleaning under her nails with it. I know they are probably sterilized but it was a bit off putting. It's an amazing practice but some tweaks are needed.”

I had Invisalign treatment at another practice & moved into the area 3...” years ago so finding a dentist who could help with my very particular dental needs was crucial! I’ve seen Raj for 3 years & he is superb. I’m ok with the dentist so long as I don’t require treatment and used to have a very bad phobia of the dentist. Raj has an incredible bedside manner; listens to my concerns or what I would like to do with my treatment going forward & makes very good suggestions while taking the costings into account. The staff throughout the practice are generally lovely. I’ve been private for around 6 years and it’s the best decision I ever made & not that’s costly in comparison to the NHS. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now 😊”

“This was my first visit to Quality Dental, the dentist was very nice she explained the treatment I needed very...” well.However, I called the surgery both on Saturday and Monday to make an appointment and I was trying to get through for nearly 3 hours! I was in a queue for 40 minutes at least at a time, I would hang up and try again, then I’d leave a message but no one returned my calls. I finally got through to make the appointment. I asked if something was wrong with their phones but was told that they were just busy with the phones and patients in front of them, fair enough, but to have so much difficulty getting through doesn’t really work, so unfortunately I won’t be coming to the surgery again due to the fact that it takes so long to actually speak to anyone.”

Now I know this isn’t her...” fault however, I had an appointment booked last week to see a hygienist and due to personal circumstances, I cancelled the appointment on the day although I was not notified that there will be a £20 cancellation fee added on top of my bill which is silly because if I had been notified of this over the phone, I would’ve tried my best to attend to the appointment.I had asked for this to be cancelled but she informed me that the £20 cancellation fee is shown on the website and therefore, would not cancel the fee but why was I notified about this over the phone?I’ve never been in this situation at this place and I’m sorry to say but I am unsatisfied with the outcome.I’d still recommend for those who are looking for a new place to get check ups and other procedures at this place however, be aware of these little fees applied with no acknowledgment whatsoever.”
