Initially I had really excellent support from Jade on the front desk, and I was feeling good about signing up as a patient, despite being forced to go private because of the lack of NHS options.The dentist who treated me identified two cavities which hadn't been giving me any trouble. Treatment for the first one has left me with new pain and continual discomfort. One other red flag was that they didn't have any protective goggles when I was receiving treatment and they asked me to wear my own sunglasses.I had to miss the appointment for the second filling due to a vomiting bug, but was still charged the full price. I can understand if this is the policy, but I can find no evidence of it in any of the paperwork they emailed me, or on the online portal. I asked them to call me back to explain the policy and to provide evidence that this had been shared with me, specifically asking for Jade since she had been so helpful the first time around.
